Anna Clyne is a cross-disciplinary artist. Her creative process embraces her love of music and painting.
PALETTE
PALETTE is a 35-minute work for orchestra that explores the symbiosis between music and art. Each of the seven movements explores a different hue and the first letters collectively spell the title of the work: Plum, Amber, Lava, Ebony, Teal, Tangerine and Emerald. As part of the creative process, I created a painting for each movement – exploring gesture, texture, light and dark, color and form – elements that also translate to music.

NIGHT FERRY
